Content · the channel, and what it returns
I shoot it, write it, and post it myself
No agency, no editor, no scheduler. The reason this page exists is not the post count — it is that the channel turns out to be the cheaper half of the sales pipeline, and I can show that with numbers.
01 · The cadence
one post every four days, for a year
- 117posts
- 1,534avg views per reel
- 3,085best single reel
- 4 daysavg gap between posts
The average reel reaches slightly more people than follow the account. At this size that is the only ratio worth quoting: it means the posts travel instead of circulating among people who already bought. Measured across the last twenty reels.
02 · Why it earns its place
inbound converts 2.7× better than cold outreach
Every venue goes into a CRM I built. Contacting a gym cold books an event about 10% of the time. A gym that came to me books one 28% of the time. The content is what produces the second number, which is why I stopped treating it as marketing sitting next to the selling and started treating it as the cheaper half of the same job.
What it taught me: the posts that did best are the ones I nearly did not publish. A shipping test that failed, and a video about going quiet, both beat every clean product shot I have made.
03 · Nine of them
picked for range, not for reach
Process, teaching, an event, a failure, a funding ask, and the tool that edits the rest. Each one opens on Instagram.

Ran a 72-hour cold-chain test on camera, and published the question before I had the answer.

One year in, still with no kitchen of my own, with the funding ask stated plainly.
Also on TikTok as @kovakream — 103 videos, the same work cut for a second audience, averaging 555 views against 505 followers. Instagram is the fuller record, so it is the one on this page.
04 · The ceiling
what happened when one post travelled
In June 2021, on my personal account, I noticed that Rauw Alejandro’s “Todo De Ti” interpolated Fergie’s “Big Girls Don’t Cry,” and I said so. That post did 415,359 views.
What happened next is the part worth keeping. I answered the comments, and the answers travelled too — a remix I made because one person asked for it did 66,643 views and 691 shares. Over about three weeks the whole thread totalled roughly 730,000 views.
What it taught me: the reach came from replying, not from posting. That account is personal, I stopped posting to it in 2023, and it sits here as a ceiling rather than as current work — but it is the clearest evidence on this page of what happens when something catches and somebody is there to answer it.
